Construction material procurement is getting a faster digital option as HomeRun raises fresh capital to expand its quick-commerce platform. The Bengaluru-based startup has raised $12 million in a Series A+ funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with existing investors also participating.

The funding comes only months after HomeRun raised $6.6 million earlier in 2026. With the new investment, the company plans to expand into new markets, strengthen its supply chain, invest in technology, and increase the range of products available through its platform.

Nexus Venture Partners Leads the Round

Nexus Venture Partners led HomeRun’s latest $12 million Series A+ round. Existing investors Sorin Investments, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital, and Consumer Collective by Atrium also participated.

The latest investment adds to the funding HomeRun secured earlier this year. The company had previously raised $6.6 million in a round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from other existing backers. The continued participation of existing investors, along with the entry of Nexus Venture Partners as the lead investor in the latest round, gives HomeRun additional capital as it looks to build its presence in the construction materials market.

HomeRun Brings Quick Commerce to Construction Materials

HomeRun operates a quick-commerce platform focused on construction and interior materials. The company serves contractors and homeowners who need materials for construction, renovation, and interior projects. Its platform aims to make the procurement process faster by allowing customers to order construction and interior products through a technology-driven platform. HomeRun says it aims to deliver orders within 60 minutes while offering competitive pricing and verified products.

The company operates in a market where construction material procurement can involve multiple suppliers and delivery arrangements. By bringing ordering and delivery onto one platform, HomeRun is attempting to simplify this process for customers.

Fresh Capital Will Support Expansion

HomeRun plans to use the new funding to expand into new geographical markets. The company will also invest in strengthening its supply chain and technology infrastructure while expanding its product categories.

These investments will be important as the company works to expand beyond its existing operations. Construction materials also present different logistical requirements from conventional quick-commerce categories because many products are heavy, bulky, or require careful handling. For HomeRun, building a reliable supply network will therefore remain an important part of its expansion strategy.

Pukhraj Grewal Leads HomeRun

HomeRun was founded by Pukhraj Grewal. The company focuses on solving procurement challenges faced by contractors and homeowners in construction and interior projects. The startup’s approach is built around faster access to materials, with the company positioning its platform as a technology-led alternative to traditional procurement methods. Its 60-minute delivery proposition is central to that model.

HomeRun’s latest funding also reflects growing investor interest in digital platforms serving India’s construction and building-materials market. While quick commerce has largely been associated with consumer categories, startups are increasingly exploring whether similar models can work for specialised and less organised sectors.

A New Direction for India’s Quick-Commerce Market

The construction materials market is significantly different from grocery or other everyday quick-commerce categories. Customers often require specific products at particular stages of a project, and delays can affect work at construction sites.

HomeRun is attempting to address this challenge through faster delivery and a broader digital procurement experience. Its focus on construction and interior materials gives the company a specialised position within India’s expanding quick-commerce sector. The company now has fresh capital to expand its geographical reach, improve its technology and supply chain, and broaden its product selection. With Nexus Venture Partners leading the latest round and existing investors continuing to back the business, HomeRun enters its next stage of growth with a clear focus on scaling construction-material quick commerce across more markets in India.
