A new leader is set to take charge of Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) as the organization prepares for its next chapter. ARMLS has appointed Jeff Bosch as its next chief executive officer, with Bosch expected to begin the role in November 2026.
Bosch will succeed Matt Consalvo, who has led ARMLS for 14 years and announced plans to retire in 2027. The leadership change comes as ARMLS also moves toward a new independent board structure.
Jeff Bosch Brings MLS Leadership Experience
Bosch is joining ARMLS from IRES MLS in northern Colorado, where he has served as CEO for the past five years. His experience includes leadership roles within the multiple listing service industry and the brokerage sector.
Before joining IRES MLS, Bosch held MLS leadership positions at MARIS in St. Louis. He has also served as a director of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) and participated in several industry committees and workgroups.
His background gives him experience in both MLS operations and the broader real estate industry. ARMLS said Bosch’s industry experience will support the organization as it enters its next phase.
Bosch to Lead ARMLS From November
Bosch will officially assume the CEO position in November. In announcing his appointment, he said he was honored to be selected and looked forward to building on ARMLS’s existing foundation.
The incoming CEO will work with the ARMLS team, its subscribers and the communities the organization serves. His appointment comes as MLS organizations across the real estate industry continue to manage changes involving technology, policies and business practices.
ARMLS’s board selected Bosch as part of a broader leadership transition. The organization is also moving toward an independent board of directors structure, creating a different approach to governance.
Matt Consalvo Plans Retirement in 2027
Bosch will take over the CEO role from Consalvo, who has spent 14 years leading ARMLS. Consalvo announced his plans to retire in 2027.
The timing means Bosch’s appointment in November will begin the leadership transition, while Consalvo’s retirement will take place later. Consalvo expressed confidence in Bosch and said ARMLS’s agents, brokers, employees and community would be in good hands under the incoming CEO.
During Consalvo’s tenure, ARMLS grew into one of the nation’s largest regional MLS organizations, according to HousingWire’s report. His departure will mark the end of a long period of leadership for the organization.
ARMLS Faces Changes Across the Real Estate Industry
Bosch will enter the role while the MLS industry continues to deal with changes in policy, technology and real estate business practices.
HousingWire reported that Bosch will face issues including new buyer agency practices, changes to state and federal rules and the consolidation of technology vendors. Data-sharing initiatives and the integration of MLS information with brokerage tools are also areas that could shape the industry.
These changes make the transition an important moment for ARMLS as the organization prepares to operate under its new governance structure and leadership.
A New Chapter for ARMLS
Jeff Bosch’s appointment marks an important leadership transition for ARMLS after 14 years under Matt Consalvo. Bosch’s experience at IRES MLS, MARIS and within the broader real estate industry gives him a background in MLS leadership as he prepares to take over in November.
At the same time, Consalvo’s planned retirement in 2027 gives ARMLS a period to manage the leadership transition. With a new CEO and an independent board structure coming into focus, the organization is entering a new stage of its development.
For ARMLS, the appointment brings a new executive leader at a time when MLS organizations continue to adapt to changes in technology, policy and the way real estate professionals access and use listing data.
