South Florida’s real estate sector is entering a new phase of regional collaboration. Miami Realtors + RWorld has expanded its presence by merging with Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast (MCRTC), bringing together thousands of real estate professionals under one organization. The move strengthens the association’s reach across Southeast Florida while giving members access to a larger MLS network, expanded education, advanced technology, and additional business opportunities. The merger also reinforces the organization’s position as the world’s largest local Realtor association and the operator of the nation’s third-largest multiple listing service (MLS).
Merger Creates a Larger Regional Network
With the addition of Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, Miami Realtors + RWorld now represents approximately 94,000 members across five Florida counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie. The combined organization serves nearly seven million residents through 15 offices and spans a real estate corridor of almost 120 miles across Southeast Florida.
The latest agreement marks the organization’s second merger in just over two months. Earlier in 2026, Miami Realtors completed its historic merger with Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors (RWorld), creating the world’s largest local Realtor association. The addition of Martin County Realtors further expands that regional network and strengthens collaboration across South Florida.
Leadership Sees Long-Term Benefits
Dionna Hall, Co-CEO of Miami Realtors + RWorld, described the merger as another step toward building a stronger association for real estate professionals. She said bringing Martin County Realtors into the organization expands access to market data, innovation, advocacy, and professional resources while creating more opportunities for members to grow their businesses. Hall is expected to become the organization’s sole CEO in 2027 following the planned retirement of Co-CEO Teresa King Kinney at the end of 2026.
Teresa King Kinney welcomed the new members and said the merger continues the association’s commitment to strengthening the real estate industry across South Florida through collaboration and shared resources.
A Century-Old Association Joins a Larger Platform
Founded in 1926, Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast has represented local real estate professionals for nearly 100 years. The association is recognised for supporting its members through education, advocacy, and market information, including its weekly Market Watch programme.
Janet O’Brien, CEO of Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, said members strongly supported the merger because it provides access to broader resources while preserving the association’s long-standing legacy and local identity.
Expanded MLS Access and Member Services
Members of the combined organisation will now have access to what Miami Realtors + RWorld describes as the most complete South Florida MLS dataset. They will be able to use both Flexmls and Matrix platforms while receiving free IDX feeds from MIAMI MLS and BeachesMLS.
The organisation also offers more than 2,800 educational programmes each year, over 300 products and services, more than 300 global partnerships, free Supra access, and 11 data-sharing partnerships designed to improve property information and market collaboration throughout the region.
Strengthening the Future of South Florida Real Estate
The merger reflects a broader trend of consolidation among Realtor associations as they work to deliver stronger technology, wider market access, and greater professional support. By bringing Martin County Realtors into its growing network, Miami Realtors + RWorld has expanded its regional presence while creating more opportunities for agents, brokers, and consumers across Southeast Florida.
With nearly 94,000 members and one of the country’s largest MLS operations, the organisation is well positioned to support the evolving needs of Florida’s real estate market and provide members with the tools and resources needed to succeed in an increasingly connected industry.
